Fall is finally here and Thanksgiving is approaching quickly. I don’t know about you but this usually means the house is full of people looking for tasty snacks. One of our favorite is a sweet and salty twist on your regular popcorn. This quick and easy twist on regular popcorn is sure to please everyone.
Here’s how its done:
First make your favorite popcorn recipe. Mine is here: MY FAVORITE POPCORN RECIPE. Spread your popped popcorn out on a large piece of waxed paper.
Next, melt white chocolate according to directions on package (be careful not to burn your chocolate). Drizzle the white chocolate liberally over the popcorn.
While the white chocolate is still warm sprinkle with kosher salt.
You can jazz up your white chocolate popcorn with colorful sprinkles….orange/black for Halloween, fall leaves for Thanksgiving, or red/green sprinkles for Christmas. Don’t forget to bag some up for quick and easy gifts! There’s no limit! Enjoy!
